They offer angular freedom +/- 3 degree, side freedom +/- 1.5mm and the disengagement angle is 20 degrees. They promise smooth entry and exit and feature high-friction steel for excellent engagement. Plus, they include height adjusters for optimum setup with any shoes. The angular and lateral liberties also provide protection for the knees.
